The lowest from-price for Pesach 2027 is ₪3,820 per couple per night, at Pastoral Hotel Kfar Blum in the Hula Valley. Every price below comes from our Pesach 2027 newsletter and is per couple per night, full board, including VAT. A from-price is where prices begin. What your family pays depends on the room, the dates and how early you book.

The three Galilee hotels work differently from the two on the coast. In the Galilee, our program takes the whole hotel, and guided day trips are included. On the coast you stay at Carlton Tel Aviv on the seafront or at The Ritz-Carlton on the Herzliya Marina, with the city or the marina on your doorstep. What does the Pesach program price include?

The price includes your room, full board and an active holiday for the whole family. Our page on what the Pesach program price includes describes the food as a rich, varied, balanced menu of a very high standard, and the program as excursions, classes, lectures and more.

The kashrut is part of every stay: kosher for Pesach under the local Rabbanut, with shruya (soaked matzah) and no kitniyot. Kitniyot are foods such as rice and legumes that many Ashkenazi families do not eat on Pesach. For the Galilee hotels the supervision is the Rabbanut of Kiryat Shmona, for the Carlton the Tel Aviv Rabbinate, and for the Ritz-Carlton the Herzliya Rabbinate. The group's mashgichim and rabbis are happy to answer questions.

What is not included in the price?

Tips are not included, and neither is a private family Seder, which is booked separately for an additional charge. The Seder itself takes place at the hotel as part of the program. Families who want their own private hall or area can book one, but places are limited.

Flights are also outside the price. We handle everything in Israel, and airport pickup can be arranged. Personal expenses and optional extras are yours to cover. At Hagoshrim, for example, jeep tours, quad bikes, bicycles, workshops and kayaking are available in season with a fixed discount for hotel guests.

Carlton Tel Aviv has its own board basis. The hotel page describes the price as full board for the three days of Yom Tov and Shabbat, and bed and breakfast on the five days of Chol HaMoed. We confirm the 2027 details per family.

What makes a Pesach program cost more or less?

Four things move the price most: the hotel, the room, how many nights you stay and how early you book. The hotel sets the starting point, from ₪3,820 at Kfar Blum to ₪4,680 at Ayala. Within each hotel, the room type makes the biggest difference.

Room sizes vary a lot. At Ayala, the Ayala Room is 20 m² for 2 adults, while the Rimon Suite is 55 to 62 m². At the Ritz-Carlton, rooms start at 40 m² and go up to The Ritz-Carlton Suite at 180 m². At Pastoral Hotel Kfar Blum, even the Classic Rooms of 30 to 35 m² sleep 2 adults, 2 children and a baby, which can make it good value for a family.

Length of stay matters too. You can come for the full week or half the week, and according to availability a partial stay is possible. Early booking helps in two ways: early bookers choose first from every room type, from a double room to a family suite, and Hagoshrim offers a discount for early booking and for returning guests. Timing matters. Passover programs typically fill 6 to 8 months in advance, and spaces at the two new hotels, Ayala and The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, are limited.
